An Extrusion Blow Molding Machine is specialized equipment designed for shaping plastic materials. The process begins by melting plastic resins including High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Polypropylene (PP), or Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC).
The machine extrudes the molten plastic into a hollow tube (parison), which is then enclosed by a mold. Compressed air is blown into the parison, causing the plastic to expand and conform to the mold cavity. After cooling and solidification, the finished hollow plastic product is ejected for further processing or use.
