Double station and multi head do different jobs, and the strongest configuration uses both. Stations reduce the idle share of the cycle; die heads reduce the cost per part. Together they turn a mid sized frame into a line that competes with machines twice its footprint. The MP80D combines them: two stations, up to four die heads, and an 80 mm screw delivering 90 kg/h of HDPE.
